Can non members hire the function room

The function room is available for hire by both club members and non-members, 7 days a week during club opening times

Is there a bar available

Yes we have a full bar with a good selection of drinks. The cost of the bar for under 4 hrs hire is £25.00 with one bar person included. The bar is free over 4 hrs hire with one bar person included. Additional bar staff are at £25.00 per person.

Can I bring in my own drinks

No, all drinks must be purchased from the bar.

Is a Deposit payable

Yes, A deposit is required for all parties or similar events to secure the booking. Payable within 48 hrs of booking confirmation and returnable after the event. Deposit deductions up to 100% will apply if the hall is not returned in a good condition. Should the repair costs or cleaning charges exceed the value of the deposit the club will invoice the additional charges. The invoice is payable by return. Bookings may be released for hire if deposit is not paid.

When should the hire charge be paid.

The hire charge can be paid at any time up to two weeks prior to the event. Regular events can be invoiced monthly in advance.

Can I provide my own catering,

Yes, you can provide your own catering. This must be prepared offsite as the kitchen facilities are not available.

What is the function room maximum person capacity

The maximum capacity is 150 people.

Do you have a smoking area

Yes, we have a covered smoking area outside the function room entrance. Smokers must return to the function room when finished smoking.

Can I arrange to view the function room

Yes. Please contact the bar Manager on 01252 835 322 or email hallhire@frimleygreenclub.co.uk to arrange a viewing,

What time does the club open for booking Inquiries

The club opens at 3pm Monday to Thursday. 1pm on Friday and Sunday. 12pm Saturday

What time do we need to vacate the Function Room for an evening booking

The Function Room must be vacated and left in clean condition by the times below.
Monday to Thursday 11.30pm
Friday and Saturday 12.30am
Sunday 11.30pm

Will cleaning equipment be provided

Cleaning equipment and a hoover will be provided. Rubbish can be put in the dustbins at the back of the club
